RETURN POLICY for 4homesteads:
We take great pride in the quality of each and every one of the products we represent and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from 4homesteads. We gladly accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
A full product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all unopened products.
A 50% product purchase price will be credited, minus any and all shipping costs on all opened and used products.
Credit will be applied to the method of payment used to make the initial purchase.
Before returning products, please contact us by calling toll-free at +1-(307)-365-5998 or emailing us at info@4homesteads.com so that we may provide you with the correct return shipping address information. Most products will be returned directly to us, but if products ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse, they will need to be shipped to the manufacturer’s warehouse. When you contact us, we will provide you with the correct address to which to return the product and any other instructions needed.
Exceptions:
The product, Flea Free Food Supplement, has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. Also, the Fleas Away Boric Acid Carpet Treatment has a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 1 full year (365 days). If not satisfied with either of these products, you can return the unused opened products to us in their original containers and receive a full refund for the amount paid for the product, minus any and all shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If your product arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at +1-(307)-365-5998 or email us at info@4homesteads.com right away. We will need a photo of the damaged item with a copy of your receipt. We will send a replacement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
One Hour to Cancel or Change: Cancellation or change requests must include the order number and be submitted within one hour from the time of the order by calling +1-(307)-365-5998 or emailing info@4homesteads.com. If no one is available to take your call, leave a detailed message, including the order number, and your request will be honored.
